Go to the "Talent Marketplace", open a project, then click "Send an offer". Enter your message and your proposed rate, and submit. You'll get a notification if there's a reply.

Is signing up on Storydor free?

Yes, registration and the free plan don't cost anything. Paid plans exist for extra perks, but Storydor never takes a commission on projects either way. The creator keeps their full fee.

How does the payment system work?

Once the institution and creator agree on the project details, both parties settle on a payment method and schedule that suits them. Storydor helps organize the collaboration and document the agreements, while payment happens directly between the two parties. Storydor never takes a commission on projects.

When does the conversation with the institution open?

The conversation opens automatically once your offer is accepted and the project is activated by the institution. No direct contact is possible before this stage, to protect the agreement for both parties.

How do I edit or delete work I've published?

Go to your profile, click "Edit" or "Delete" on the card in the "My Portfolio" section.

What file types are accepted in the portfolio?

Images (JPG, PNG, WebP), video links (YouTube / Vimeo), PDF files, and audio files (MP3). Limit of 6 files per project.

As a creator, can I look for other creators to collaborate with?

Yes, through the Studio Collab feature, you can publish a collaboration listing on the talent marketplace describing what you need. Interested creators will reach out to you directly. Payment is arranged between the two parties outside the platform, based on their agreement.

How do I publish a project for the first time?

From your institution dashboard, click "Publish a project", enter the project details, budget, and required specialties, then publish. You'll receive offers within 24 hours.

How do I choose the right creator?

Offers arrive in your dashboard, you can review each creator's profile, work, and proposed price, then open a conversation with them before deciding.

Can I search for a creator directly?

Yes, on the "Creators" page you can filter by specialty and wilaya and view each creator's profile to message them.

Can I edit a project after publishing it?

The description and dates can be edited as long as the project hasn't been activated yet. Once payment is made and the project is activated, the status changes to "In progress" and can no longer be edited.

What if the creator doesn't complete the work?

You can open a dispute through the platform. The Storydor team steps in to mediate and protect both parties' rights according to the terms of the digital contract.
